WQ series sewage submersible electric pump is composed of three parts: pump, seal and motor. The motor is located in the upper part and is divided into single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motors. A double-end mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor, and an O-type oil-resistant rubber seal is used for static sealing for each fixed stop seal. The mechanical seal of the key parts is made of cemented carbide and high-quality silicon carbide, and the shaft is made of 45# steel or stainless steel to ensure that the shaft has reliable mechanical strength and certain resistance and corrosion resistance.

High power sewage pump stator embedded heat control switch. At room temperature, it is in the “normally closed” state, and when the stator temperature reaches 125 ° C, the switch is turned on. When wiring, two “motor temperature rise signal wires” are connected in series to the stop button of the control cabinet. The oil chamber is equipped with a water leakage probe for water leakage detection. “Oil water inlet probe signal line” and any line in the power line, connected to the leakage circuit breaker; When the mechanical seal on the pump side leaks, the oil-water ratio in the oil chamber reaches a certain concentration, the oil-water probe sends an alarm signal and automatically cuts off the power supply, and the pump stops working.
