- Seals: Mainly include check valves and shaft seals. The check valve prevents the backflow of liquid and ensures the direction and flow of the hydraulic pump. The shaft seal is used to prevent the loss of oil and impurities from entering the hydraulic pump.
- Inlet and outlet valves: The inlet and outlet valves mainly control the valves for the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump, and have the function of opening and closing. The ball valve or slide valve and other structural forms can be quickly opened or closed in the hydraulic system.
- Driving components: including electric motors and reducers, etc., provide the power required for the hydraulic pump to drive.
- Coupling: The part that connects the drive device and the pump body is usually made of elastic material and has a certain bending ability. The coupling can play a buffering role and reduce the vibration and noise caused by different speeds.
- Piston and volume chamber: The piston is generally made of precision-machined cast aluminum alloy and is sealed in the volume chamber. The change in the volume in the volume chamber is achieved by changing the position of the piston, thereby forming a boosting function.
- Other components: Depending on the specific type of hydraulic pump, such as gear pumps, vane pumps, plunger pumps, etc., it may also include other components such as gear pairs, eccentric rotors, and vanes.
Working principle of hydraulic pump
The hydraulic pump sucks liquid from the oil tank and compresses the liquid through the internal pressure generating device (such as gears, plungers, blades, etc.). The compressed liquid is pushed to other parts of the hydraulic system under the action of the pump, such as hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders and other actuators.
